I just assumed it [drying your hair completely or sleeping with your stomach exposed, or else you’ll get a cold] was another example of Japan culture, or an old tradition like how Americans say ‘always feed a sick person chicken noodle soup’. You're wrong. You need to be cold with wet hair to get sick. Or leave a window open. Or just rest your head on a radiator in the morning to trick your parent/carer into thinking you're sick.   reply
