Feeling The Spark

To make it short, I was kissed by my ex boyfriend when he came to my place wanting to get back together. The kiss was unexpected since it was a "stolen kiss", although it was just a peck. I'd like to know if it takes two person to feel the spark or was it only me that felt it.
