No body talks about this point so i will say it. U should think about what to do after dieting! I had 3 sucsseful diets and lost about 25 kg each time but i always gain it back. Mainting the weight after you reach your goal weight is so much harder than starting the diet. Also don't starve yourself if you crave something take a bite or two because ......   1 reply
