Believe? Natural talent is there. DO I think it's tied to religion? No. Some people just have better brain chemistry for certain things. Can I sing and or solve complicated math problems? Fuck no. Personally I believe in it, met tons of people who are naturally talented- that doesn’t mean that naturally talented people don’t work hard (because they do work very hard), but there are some people who are really good at things from a young age that makes them naturally talented that’s all.   reply

Yes. There does exist a such thing as natural/inborn talent where people pick up different things much faster than others; thats just the harsh reality. HOWEVER, talent alone doesn't carry you very far. No..? You can be better at learning or picking things up, but that's entirely separate from being "naturally good" at something. Learned skills are exactly that. Learned.   reply

This question is so old ^^; I do, but I also think hard work surpasses talent. I'm a self-taught artist who had always been better than my peers at drawing. But when I became depressed in middle school (age 12), I stopped drawing and saw others surpass me as they practiced daily.
