Bad advice from me but i sleep like i always do except i force myself to wake up and sleep less, like 5 hrs Then the next day ill be tired out my mind and so i sleep and i do that until it works and its fixed If i cant fall asleep no matter what i put asmr videos and after max 10 minutes i am OUT   reply

I can totally relate to you. I sometimes lay on the bed all day, and I still manage not to get any sleep. But I usually fix my body clock by not sleeping for a day, and sleep around 8. It's a bit extreme, but that's how it worked for me. In some other cases, I go for a morning walk (recommended by my physician) or do some physical-intensified work/......   reply

Do u spend much time in/on ur bed while ur awake during the day? I used to spend lots of time reading or gaming in bed, and it caused me to struggle to sleep. If you create the association in ur mind that bed = sleep, it will help you sleep when you get into bed. So u can't spend time in ur bed doing other stuff while ur awake! What's important is making sure you go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day if possible, to fix your circadian rhythm. I love using this one method I learned on yt, where you tense certain body parts and then relax again (slowly), i think it’s used in the army? U should def look into it! Also have u tried just making up stories/daydreaming, this also really helps me, although it’s a bit slower in making me fall asleep   reply

What does your daily routine look like? If you're spending the day doing nothing/not being active, you'll have a harder time going to sleep because you haven't spent any energy. Easy way to spend some energy if you're stuck in the house doing nothing is going for walks.   reply
