i'm kind of a novice but i started cleaning, translating, and typesetting random pages on mrm. i'm not too bad at it i think(i can give a few pages as examples if y'all want) so if anyone has any manga raws they have that havent been translated by anyone i want to give it a go

My group BK Scanlations is looking for some CLRD and TS to help with a few horror manga/manhwa.

CLRD- Clean out the original language from the chapter so we can put the English version instead. There might also be some dialogue that needs the background redrawn. Must be able to save it in PSD files. (We won't be doing sfx on a couple of those series so they will be mainly cleaning.)

TS- Sets the English text onto the cleaned bubbles, boxes, etc. Must be able to open the cleaned PSD files that the CLRD did.

We also need a few lurkers that want to talk in general chat lol.

Hello~ I'm from Hoemies! Gang and we're looking for staff so that we can scanlate all the BL manga/manhwa/manhuas that we want. No experience required, newcomers are welcome!

We're recruiting for all the positions, which is the following:
1. Raw provider: you will provide raws from the original websites and save them in jpg, it doesn't have to be paid.

2. Translator (Chinese, Japanese, Korean; no mtl): you will have to translate all foreign text and save it in a doc format.

3. Proofreader: proofread the translations so they are grammatically correct and flow better, you don't have to be a native speaker for this.

4. Cleaner/Redrawer: you will need clean all the foreign texts in bubbles, boxes, and sfx too. No Photoshop required, but will need to save it in PSD format.

5. Typesetter: you will need to typeset the proofread text onto the cleaned pages.

6. Quality checker: for this position, we need someone who is experienced in proofreading, cleaning and typesetting, the final format must be saved as jpg.

Hello! I've bought the raws for a super adorable and beautiful shounen ai called Hi-Fi Rendezvous (http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/hi_fi_rendezvous/) and i need a translator!! Doesn't matter if the don't have any experience in scanlating, i don't have any either im just desperate lol. As long as you know enough japanese it's ok !!!!!

The first chapter has been translated 3/4 years ago but then it got dropped and the group hasn't been active since so i figured i'd try to pick it up, except i don't know japanese lol. I can clean up and typeset (never done it before but i wiuod actually love to learn, I have all the material needed and i have some experience w digital drawing and editing) !!! I got the raws on amazon kindle and just screenshotted the pages bc i can't download the actual ebook lol sorry, the quality is still good tho! so if you want to translate it i'll gladly give you access to the raws!

I'm newbie at this whole thing, but I feel like I would love to team up with mangago folks and start a scan group together!

The new team would be looking for:

Translators: You will be responsible for translating works from Korean/Chinese/Japanese to English. Please be fluent in English if you are interested~

Cleaners: You will be responsible for cleaning/redrawing chapter scenes (No dick-redrawers yet, sorry!)~

Proof Reader: You will be responsible for reading the finished chapter and making sure everything sounds fluent and natural. You will also be responsible for making sure everything has been properly cleaned and translated. Must be a fluent English speaker for this~

Experience is not needed, since we all have to start somewhere, am I right? Though it would be nice if the translators did have little experience~

So there's a shounen manga よしとおさま! (Yoshitoo Sama) that I read long time a go here in my native language (It's official). But they dropped it.

This manga is about an orphaned, extremely poor yet smart and ambitious guy, Fuji Yoshitoo, met an Oniwaban/undercover agent, Shibuya Sabimaru--who claimed that he is a bodyguard sent by Yoshitoo's father to protect him. Turns out Yoshitoo's the sole heir of one of the most influential business group in Japan, the Inukai family. Thus, many assassins are out to take Yoshitoo's life, for they all don't want to let the fortune of Inukai family goes to the hand of an illegal son that is none other than Yoshitoo. Yeahhh the story is all about this orphan glassess boy and his super loyal oniwaban (Ninja guard). Their relationship more like Master and his loyal dog.

It's drama comedy gag manga. As a fujo I rlly love it since till the end it's all about them. lol. I bought the jap version on Comic.k-manga.jp so if You know the most suitlable translation team who might be willing to take this manga as their project, orr at least I can asked them to, OR, wants to translate it (I can cleaning and typesetting), pleaseee let me knoww

Hello! So I've been translating Shoujo, Yaoi, and Shounen-Ai for many years and I can kinda typeset. I have been a part of groups before but now I just want to work on the projects I like in the time frame I like in a small team setting. So my main issue is I have tons of Manga that I've purchased but I don't know how to download the online purchases so they can be cleaned in order to be typeset. I also have no idea how to clean.
