Drag Queens

Just for clarification for anyone who didn't know, a cross dresser is someone who lives their life dressing in the clothes of the opposite gender. Since I don't recall him ever insisting on being referred to as a woman (not counting his okama name), I would say he just cross-dresses. He reminds me a bit of Ritsu from Fruits Basket, just with an opposite personality.
