Figure out your basal metabolic rate and eat like 100 less calories than that every day. Build muscle because muscle burns more calories. Completely stop consuming simple sugars and processed foods, and try to only eat whole foods. (Don't eat bread!) Don't drink alcohol. To become skinny you just need to exercise and eat smaller portions. Compared to twenty years ago portion sizes have almost doubled. 30 minutes of exercise a day should be enough to get you started. Now to become a legend...   1 reply
