Hellooo ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ, I "used to" break stuff to vent my anger but, Me breaking stuff cost a lot so.. I would do something distracting, like playing non-violent mobile games, listening to aggressive music (it alleviates a lot for some reason, but for some people calmer musics are more effective) or going for a walk. Whenever I get angry i just watch cute videos of dogs or cats. If I don't feel like watching some videos, I just look for the least valuable object closest to me and throw it or break it. I also play video games that'll let me kill some enemies haha   reply

I mean I think this is common but music can help, like if you play an instrument (if you know how to) I think it does calm people down? Or listening to music. I think cooking is one of them, like vent your anger on the food you’re cutting, it’s a bit dangerous tho   1 reply
