I convert my issues to stories, And sometimes I just write about it and put it in a box, A box that my family think is worthless but is pretty special for me :)) anddd I also read my issues that are in the box in the future and talk myself into it, that if it happens again, I'll know what to do   reply

I'm not really sure what happened but yeah i totally agree. I dont usually get easily triggered but ik that other can and its really important to respect that so saying shit that might trigger people on purpose is on a whole 'nother level of asshole behavior.   reply
