Actually there's a way, that's mostly fixing your posture. I still grow everyday despite being almost 20 now but most of the problem is with ur posture. You can grow after 18yo, stretch and stuff if you always had a bad posture because idk here. Though you won't grow like 10cm lol you'll mostly just grew 2-4cm and it's also in ur genes.   reply
