I just watched Get out and when I told that to my friend she was so shocked and then I realized that i didn't watch a loooot of "iconic" stuff

So I never watched Interstellar, Inception, lord of rings (I read the book tho), Le parrain, Game of thrones, casa de papel, riverdale, euphoria, stranger things, men in black, encanto, the shining, scream, op, bleach, there is probably more

Sum therapist give good advice and you must cooperate.. it up to you if you really want to change... So yeah you better go to the therapist and they will dig deeper to the past to find what trauma that triggered for you to get scared meeting ppl. My therapist doc is dead so i never gone again.. long ago i did find a new one nothing really change i......   reply

seeing a therapist shit does help gang. therapy is effective if your willing to cooperate, and IF you have a good therapist (very important cause shit therapists can ruin you, but dont let it discourage u from seeking out) therapy will give you coping mechanisms and ways to help urself, even advising extra help if you need it.
