At first it was drawing, and now I do it in bad ways such as biting my nails, lips and skin around my nails to relieve stress, or I clean underneath my nails over and over again, thats kinda it, I used to like hit my head and stuff but I've recently stopped lol   reply

i sleep lol. like excessive sleeping. whenever i feel depressed and stuff, i literally shut down and go to sleep idc if its morning or afternoon or i just woke up a few minutes ago, idc i just go sleep.   1 reply

Does an all systems shutdown count? Because I Get away from everything, always have some background noise so I'm not alone with my thoughts, not have an online presence (i.e. not partake in chats with my friends and people who know me).
