Try to get quotes from your sources and just do a process of quote, explain quote, connect explanation to topic sentence and then do it again. If you need to add fluff sentence and it’s not a pure research paper you could even add your own opinions and stuff on how it was formed or on actions they did   reply

id be happy to help, first though I have to know what type of essay you're writing, because if it's a high school essay then if you extend the simple 5 paragraph structure it should be easy. tips to make it longer - increase the font size of your periods, the period itself will stay mostly the same but ill increase a little bit of the space betwee......   reply

use lots and lots of examples, and try to tie them back to whatever your point is. they can take up a lot of space.   reply
