I had a couple of experiences with Shadow people that are notable, I think I had more but I used to brush them off before these two to be honest so I don't remember enough details. there are already spirits in your house you just can't see them cuz they don't fw you. if they are fking with you they probably aren't good spirits. you can't just summon a good spirit helter skelter. DONT NOTTTTTT use a ouija board because that is a gateway for many ghosts to come and join you. evil spirits could come too and then you'd be fked. i......   2 reply
