I am a paranoiac person, so when I Iook back and see someone who watches me I immediately scream. I began to have this "fear" the last year, everytime I turned back and see my classmate stared at me (cause they said hi) I couldn't help but jumping and shouting. Spiders. I can't even look at images of them without fight or flight taking over. Heights (only really high places though) The big ocean. The thought of being at sea with so much unknown things under my feet scares the shit out of me. Space. The thought of how big it is freaks me out, not sure if I should call it a phobia though. I can't have those stuffed animals with those plastic beads in the middle, because when people squeeze them, it gives me a headache and my body basically shuts down. i have no clue why, but the plastic beads just trigger something in my body and i go crazy. everything tightens and I get a sharp pain in my forehead. I think I have fear of worms because when ever I saw a pile of worms I'll shout loud and shivering non stop and take a few minutes or sometimes an hour to calm down ╥﹏╥ cuz I have a bit trauma in past #－.－) Don't judge me and I don't really scared when It cames to similar stuff and I don't like maggots either （/TДT)/   1 reply

I get scared of walking in front of other people. Like, if I know there are people walking close behind me, even people I know, I get anxious. When I was little my parents used to beat me behind the head when I walked in front of them lol. I think it's bc of that bc I also get the impulse to cover my head when I hear someone near me. I am super scared of the open wide ocean. I have talassophobia, and I just discovered recently when I started to be scared of some images on Google, yt videos, movies... I can go to the bitch tho, cause I'm not really afraid of the shoreline, but when I get in the water and swim a bit to far, I start to feel really anxious and my heart keeps bittin......   1 reply
