I need therapist i have not been myself latley its like im back to my old personality and like i have been lazy and being mute and having an urge to kill myself and i keep thinking about scary things i get anxiety and couldnt sleep properly and i think im the most laziest person ever i have been not doing modules when im cleaning i got distracted and just laid to my bed and using my phone everyday my bed is a a whole mess havent clean my room about a week now
