Crying In Front Of A Group

The ONLY time i cried in public was when a mean ass old lady (who was the self defence gym teacher) YELLED AT ME cause i was sick the days before and didn’t know what we were doing that day bc of it. when the guy i had a talking stage posted a story on his insta saying "so there is a girl" my ass texted him being silly saying "omg who" i didn't think anything much really but i shit you not he fucking told me about another girl spent me other messages about him saying they don't talk but send each other tiktoks... we were talking for 6 months a......   1 reply

I hated reliving those embarrassing moments so much that I deliberately and consciously repressed them. Any time they popped up I would mentally tell myself, "Nope, not gonna go there" and visualised locking it away. Every single time.
