Getting Called Gay

So I have a phobia of heights and it's really bad. During a road trip to visit my relatives we went to California and I tried to cross the Golden gate bridge I couldn't do this shit I was breaking in a panic attack and crying it was horrible. I told my therapist that sometimes no matter what i do i just can't fall asleep and this woman was MAD and YELLED at me that it's cause i go to bed late and i was just holding tears cause didn't expect her to burst at me for that??   reply

My therapist told me that I was imagining things and that everything was alright.   reply

My phobia itself is stupid. I'm scared of butterflies. And moths. And it's beautiful for everyone but it scares me to death.and everyone just tells me it's so beautiful and cute. It might be for you. Not for me.   2 reply
