As much as I appreciate the people spreading awareness but please do not self diagnose yourself js bc your relate to some symptoms. Rather than going "oh I have adhd" go "oh I MIGHT have adhd" and book yourself an appointment, get an complete confirmation that you do have adhd or any other disorder Have a great day ahead :D   1 reply

A ton of unfinished projects, ton of ideas you can never explore further even though wanting to. Fidgeting of any kind, doesn't have to be extreme, but persistent for sure. Talking a lot even if you decided to keep to yourself - as if you are not in control. Problem with answering emails and chats which results in ghosting the other person - "it's ......   1 reply

Ever wondered why caffeine & energy drinks don’t work on you and possibly even make you sleepy instead of more awake? It could be undiagnosed ADHD! Caffein doesn't work on people with ADHD. Basically if you have high dopamine deficiency, in normal amount caffeine will do nothing   reply

What i believe are the most talked abt are Not being able to pay attention in class Zoning out when talking to friends or smthing else Coming into a room and forgetting why you were here in the first place Being unable to focus when working (switching back and forth between work tik tok pinterest etc) Now for the things that genuinely are a litt......   reply

Basically if you sit and stare at a computer, yelling at yourself in your head to start the essay/assignment/email, and you just sit. And stare. And then go back in bed because you just get so tired from staring at a computer telling yourself to do the computer thing. It's great. *BTW there's self tests online that can encourage a diagnosis.
