Can be small, personal, big, or universal. I hate how when somebody says a blunt satirical statement, everyone gets that it's sarcastic and laugh along with it but when *I* say something blunt that I OBVIOUSLY meant in a sarcastic way all of sudden people think I'm serious and is in fact stupid for saying that.
