I didn't know this was a thing until today... and ngl they look kind of... creepy. Like since this is... essentially a beauty pageant right??? I mean there are prettier people to award this to. Why does it feel so weird to talk about this... Though I do hope people realise, when it comes to objective beauty, it's not the model who are just pretty......   3 reply

If you like greek mythology; you might like Circe by Madeline miller ( it does have mature scenes tho ; I mean it’s greek mythology everybody is a horndog there ; but the protagonist!! She gradually discovers her own powers so it gets gripping) Wow No Thankyou by Samantha irby ; the humour is kinda offbeat but chaotic ; a lot of people find it ......   reply

Kim by Rudyard Kipling - it's set in India and throughout the main character's journey we see many different cultures, people and their beliefs. I think it's a fun and interesting read.
