I have a similar skin type but I was able to heal my skin completely, no current acne scars or major breakouts yay. My routine is very simple, a cleanser, followed by a toner and moisturizer at night. Then in the mornings I wash my face with the cleanser and use spf. I've got a lot of acne n scars on my face so I was prescribed Acrofy acne lotion in the mornings, Glogeous face wash gel at night and Lacne gel for alternate nights. It's worked pretty great so far.
