I used to be like that but I started hormone blockers (I'm trans) so I stopped having periods This is the first time I'm hearing about this being unusual (from the other replies) I'm also really mentally unstable so the periods made it worse   reply

I dont usually experience getting depressed but there *are* times where I get moody and cry for no reason lol. But your case seems serious, like the other person said, you should get it checked, it's not normal, and to go to the point of self harm I hope you get help!!
