Personally every night I’m super depressed like exactly how ur saying but then the next day I’m switching between that and happy every hour LMAO Anyways that’s off topic I’m sorry u gotta go thru this idk the best route to take tho I’m no professional in any way so I recommend listening to the other responses. I used to be like that but I started hormone blockers (I'm trans) so I stopped having periods This is the first time I'm hearing about this being unusual (from the other replies) I'm also really mentally unstable so the periods made it worse   reply

Moods swings and getting drpressed is normal. But your case seems like the extreme case of that. If you can its best to go to a foctor and try some birth control pills, ive heard it helps with people with severe symptoms. See if it works out for ypu. Talk with your doctor first though. I dont usually experience getting depressed but there *are* times where I get moody and cry for no reason lol. But your case seems serious, like the other person said, you should get it checked, it's not normal, and to go to the point of self harm I hope you get help!!
