Hey there, as a Trans man who got bottom surgery just recentlly, I can assure you that it's not that easy unfortunately. The Penis itself can not get erect, thats because they take a skin graft ( most likely of your forearm). This skin doesn't contain Erectile tissue like a normal Penis would, so there is no way to get an erection without a penis p...... 2 reply

You really should just google this. Short answer: yes, the penis works. There is a pump in the testicles to inflate the penis to simulate an erection. Yes they can orgasm from stimulating the penis. Hey this is a question if a trans man do a sex change do their genital works like a penis. I know they don't ejaculated sperms. Are they able to elongated if they are erect. Are there any fail cases where the genital don't work. Do they get erect. Can they be big. Or just adequate. For trans woman I felt that for them they sure had a more success rate of a working genital than that of a trans man.sooo am I wrong or am I wrong?
