Don't go on the Internet and especially on Mangago after midnight. I am a student too and I have insomnia so my sleep schedule is a mess but I have suggestions for you haha. - Some people need nine hours of sleep and other need six. Lol same, I would suggest sleeping earlier but then I remember he last time I tried sleeping at 12 I woke at 3 am lmfao. Idk the only way I get a long night of sleep is to force myself to stay awake too long ┑( ̄Д  ̄)┍ I usually sleep at maybe 7 or 8 am and wake up at 11 ^^   reply

so uhh as the title says I really need some help fixing my sleep schedule like i only get like 5 or 3 hrs of sleep every single day and since I'm a student it's very bad for me, So do you guys have any recommendations on what to do? Also what about your sleep schedule is it worst than mine?
