Ok, so, really hard question, but I might have something. Kimiiro Eden by Aomoto Sari is quite an innocent fluffy story of a landscaper that learns to love his job again by meeting this younger guy he's landscaping for, who's a hobby photographer. Does it necessarly have to be in manga form? You should show her the anime movie of Doukyuusei. I've always thought it would be perfect for beginners. It's short, sweet, mild and atmospheric and the characters are extremely lovable :3 Or if you want something even shorter, show her the OVA of Kono Danshi Ningyo Hiroimashita. That is really difficult. Maybe it is easier to start with a fluffy shounen ai story to warm your friend up. It could be easier to handle. OK. What is a good Yaoi for starters.
