Dont stress too much about that junk food- sure you want to cut back on that but itll just make you feel worse and less motivated if you spend too much time dwelling on mistakes like that. It's a common misconception, but exercise doesn't actually help with weight loss all that much. One thing that got me really motivated to lose weight was realizing that there is no way to make energy out of nothing. Fat is stored energy and if your body is not getting enough energy through food it will go to your fat for energy. I am 173cm and 80kgs. I have gained 15kgs in 2 years due to overeating bcuz of depression. I was never slim to begin with but now I am just fat and unhealthy.
I have been trying to cut down on junk food but it is not working well. Everytime I get stressed I turn to junk food.
I try exercising one day but dont get motivated enough the next day. My stamina is shit now when it was great earlier.
How to get motivated enough??I really don't want to live like anymore.

muscles weigh more than fat does - if you really want lose weight then stop exercising you'll lose muscle mass probably in your thighs as well and your weight will drop. i know you asked for workouts but im just gonna say that I lost twenty pounds just by tracking my meals- i also since then have started exercising more because i want to be healthier but i hardly exercised when i lost that weight. you can use an app for it which makes it pretty easy- it just helps you be really mindful of what youre eating and how ......   reply
