Just make yourself busy so you don't have time to think about food. A lot of people eat when they are bored. Find foods you enjoy that consist of a solid amount of protein and vegetables, and that are filling and delicious. Do not eat fried food (especially one that uses a lot of oil), do not eat food that contain flour, lots of sugar, also milk. If you want some sugar, eat fruits. cutting out majority of liquid calories, it doesn’t have to be all but most helps. people tend to forget just how many calories are in a cup of juice, substituting it for things like lemon water, propel, or even things like olipops would be good alternatives (olipops are like soda but only 40 cals) 2 reply
