Start listening to my sad playlist,oh wait I'm hungry, I go look at the fridge...nothing. I open it 5 times cause i believe something will pop up. It sounds weird, but for me, chewing gum helps. I focus on my chewing and calm down when it comes to a rhythm. Similar to when you focus on your breathing, but it works better for me. When I'm not around people I prefer to cry it out tho ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭   1 reply
