Walk outside. Helps you calm and think clearly on how to deal with those sh*ts. 'Coz it'll be suffocating to be stressed and locked alone in your room (that is if you didn't want to confide it with someone) . It's somehow mentally healthy that way.   reply

i don't, i keep/bury most if not all of my emotions, years ago i convinced myself showing emotions was weak, i also used to have some kind of superiority complex, so now idk how to really show/deal with emotions.....im a mess   1 reply
