TW// SUICIDE. SELF HARM I am really tired of all this mental health trend everyone is doing lately. As someone who has survived a suicide attempt, is still going thru depression and deals with self harm is tiring and sick to see. WHY DO YOU WANT A MENTAL ILLNESS? well, im currently seeing a therapist & she's never outright "diagnosed me with depression", as in telling me straight up "you have depression", but she does refer to my state as "my depression" during our sessions (idk if it's the same thing). though i won't lie, for the longest while before seeking therapy, i did kinda more or less with depressio......   1 reply

This is coming from some who was in therapy not that long ago. Of course I got better along the time from the help of my therapist. While it is natural to notice changes in your mood and the way you function, it’s best to talk with a professional.
