Summer Vacation

hm try to like play some video that you don't really have to look at the visuals to enjoy, but like boring enough for it to like get tuned out ya know. Usually I get distracted enough to fall asleep lol. Might just be me and my weird ass attention span, but it's probably good to give it a try ya know.   reply

Tip from my therapist: When trying to fall aslpeep close your eyes and try reminiscing all you did since you woke up to the moment you are in now. It dosen't matter which activity you did jus try to remeber all, like if you yawned after waking up, or if it took you a long time getting out of bed, maybe you checked your soacial media... all those "s......   reply

idk if you do this or not but I play audios more specifically GWA and Yagami yato to fall sleep to find a good audio and just lay down I have pretty bad sleeping problems and it helps the chance of hearing "chibi-chan" as you wake up is the only downside   1 reply

Think about scenarios or your fantasy where you get railed..........I swear that's what I do every single night. I already thought of 3some, 4some, bdsm, enemies to lover, just anything you could think of. or if you don't like smuts you could make stories and stuff, like reincarnation or any stories inspired to what you just read. idk just use ur......   1 reply
