I don’t go to the gym but I work out at home, walk two mile in 26 minutes, push-ups, planks, Russian twist, I have weights so I use those, I also have Pilates material, squats, hip thrust. I’ve lost 8 pounds so far:)   reply

My every weekday exercise is walking through the stairs of our school buildings and walking home at the end of the day. An everyday exercise(if I'm not too tired) is walking or running with my dog. :>   reply

hello, your question really garnered my interest, im also probably in your age group. And let me just tell you this, based on my life experience society doesnt value platonic love as much as romantic love, (think of all the plethora of love songs and movies dedicated to romance) Having a boyfriend will surely give you a lot of new experience and so......   reply
