in omegaverse alpha females can impregnate people as well. so yeah if it's an alpha female and omega female (or male) the alpha can impregnate the omega. the clitoris basically becomes a penis when she's aroused, and that's how she impregnates others. omegaverse with alpha females is more common in western fanfiction than in manga i think.   reply

I actually appreciate the structure behind the Omegaverse. It's not to say I like all stories based in it, since some of them are total trash. However, there are some really good ones or ones with a very strong romance to it. To me, it's about the psychology behind the society the author is from.
