In almost every omegaverse I've read, the baby comes out the ass because the uterus is attached to the colon/rectum. In a few stories, male omegas always have c-sections. Whether or not the omega's life is shorter or body is very fragile after giving birth is completely up to mangaka. I personally, haven't read many omegaverse manga where this hap......   reply

Honestly depends on author. Some get C-sections I believe where others have them come out from the ass. Also, I only read one thing where giving birth greatly affected heath and it was just M-preg not omegaverse.   reply
