onions. i can appreciate the flavor they add to the food but the actual act of chewing and swallowing an onion triggers my gag reflex like nothing else. just hate the crunch texture when i bite and will always pick them out of the food, no matter how small the pieces are cut down to.   1 reply

Cherries. Since I was a kid, I would try to eat cherries but it made me nauseous and I just end up throwing up. I also don't like anything cherry flavors cuz it remind me of that too.   reply
