ML and MC are both chaebols. MC is in sort of a succession battle with his brother and he doesn't want to be cause he loves his brother even though his brother kinda wants to kill him so to get out of the succession game he tries to fake date a guy cause they have a homophobic grandpa. ML is gay and MLs grandpa says he can be in a happy gay relationship ONLY if his partner is of his caliber. So they fake date.
