irrational but phobia of having the curtains open but only when its dark outside and the lightbulbs are turned on inside because that way people outside can see me. guess it was caused by 2 events: one was where a group of guys from school saw me wearing like.... *cough cough* "comfy" clothes through the window and one of them waved but i couldnt...... reply

Idk if there's a name for this one (pls tell me if anyone knows) but one of the biggest phobias I have is a phobia of therapists, psychiatrists, basically people that help. I don't know why, but when I see one or am near one I start having a physical and mental panic attack. Like, the tips my limbs turn so fucking cold, I sweat cold sweat, my legs...... reply

I think I have the strangest and the dumbest phobia. I don't know what its called but FEAR OF CLOSING MY EYES FOR A LONG TIME. If I close my eyes, I can literally see clowns, scary faces and everything. I also have a fear of opening my eyes, I'm scared that there's something infront of me or something. GOSH 2 reply
