: Ok this is the type of story you cannot take srsly bc it will stress you tf out but it can be funny if it’s not taken srsly. I’m still at chapters 50-60 and mygod I have never seen a more pathetic ML in my life. He’s all like, “I will give you anything and everything, even my life if you want it” but somehow fails to give MC the one thing that he keeps asking for which is to let him go. But MC also cannot make up his damn mind. I get their relationship is supposed to be complex bc of everything they’ve been thru but their characters aren’t well fleshed out. It’s just a poorly written story overall I guess. Don’t get me wrong, I like the misunderstanding trope but this is a bit much even for me. They’re like that one toxic couple in your friend group who have an on-and-off relationship and hate each other as much as they love each other but just cannot completely cut each other off. I’m getting tired of this now. Might drop soon.
