: this is actually… insanely good. i don’t think i’ve laughed this hard at a manwha so consistently ever. the comedic aspect of this is top notch i’m genuinely never not smiling or excited for what’s to come next. this story is so engaging!! hats off to the author truly. i don’t think i could ever get tired of leo & her father’s bickering and lupert always being present to oversee it is so entertaining. the constant muscle gag is something i can actually never get tired of too lol.
the sense of community aswell is something else. absolutely beautiful. it’s so easy to get attached to all of the characters and their unique personalities. ughh i love them all to death.
also the ARTSTYLE?? WOWWWWWWWW is really all i can say. it is absolutely magnificent for starters and the fact that rather than the art taking a severe hit in the long-term, the art actually got BETTER?????? its really common to see artsyle changes in terms of a decline in quality but the art in this manwha just continues to get better. there’s no sacrifice for the sake of getting out more chapters or whatever reasons they may have for decreasing the quality of the art and i’m really just in awe of the fact to be honest. also the eyelashes.. i’m highkey obsessed. the illustrators deserve so much recognition, i am so appreciative of their efforts!
now onto the genuine story & plot. i think it’s amazing how we see a balance of the duke being a father whilst also completing his duties. normally in these types of parenting/childcare stories, i find that the story centres around the main character who is the child and their own personal events, however there is such a lovely point of equilibrium reached between the two themes in this story. it doesn’t leave emptiness in the story at all and certainly leaves no room for boredom!! i love the use of plot twist also here; finding out the truth behind leo’s birth was something that truly baffled me. the deception from ms. connier (saura) and her involvement in the death of her biological mother as well as her position in establishing the illegal child trafficking ring under the guise of an orphanage was something totally unexpected and a twist that i thoroughly enjoyed, although i was initially quite suspicious of her when she couldn’t get used to saying leo’s new name. the link between the past story to the present events in the timeline is so smooth it just fits into place so perfectly.
on the topic of leo, i also adore the depths to which her character has been explored. on the outside, she may seem like a mature and intelligent child obsessed with muscles as a result of her knowledge of her past life. i absolutely love how the author does not compromise her past life experiences and likes and how it is expressed through her character. however, the author does not forget that she is a grown woman in a child’s body clearly seen through leo’s development of more childlike qualities as well as her emotional processing despite being a child. i don’t think i explained what i was trying to explain quite right but who cares. i’m not a scholar lol
this is definitely one of the best childcare historical manwhas i’ve ever read and i crave more. the combination of the beautiful art alongside the skilfully woven threads of comedy and the very mature and realistic take to being thrust into a child’s body definitely makes this a story not be forgotten and recommended to others. i remember reading one season a while ago and normally when i return to read an old manwha that i liked, i’d see that as i have aged i crave something more, something that satisfies my newly developed brain and something that i can engage with with a more mature mindset the way i engaged with it as i was younger. this is a story that definitely did not disappoint and something i can guarantee will not disappoint me in the future when i read the next season as it has not disappointed me now reading season two a year later.
i have so much more to say about this but i’d genuinely be here for days just yapping and i’d rather find another story as good as this lol.

: Actually the art is amazing, I love it. But...its so slowly like I want to see some powers TT wth they don't even communicate like people or so... I want to see Violet to train her power with the woman in her dreams. She's only cursing and so, but do nothing at all... It's tiring to wait for the story... Maybe I'll read it after 5 or 6 years later. Was fun (boring) see ya. TT
