how does Duke truyde and the council of heart know that the "true regas" is still here and has blonde and green eyes? Does the dragon descendants only have one true regas? and how do they know they have blonde hair and green eyes, just like the previous king? like im so confused how do they know abel is back
is it a prophecy thing or do the dragon descendants just have a thing for blondes.
