: With ch 97 I can’t help but wonder if the story was protecting the author since the romance which she repeated time and time again was the easiest part especially since cliff was obsessed with her (I wonder if he’s obsessed with the author or the female lead of the book??)
Cause the author didn’t have to deal with bad press, or the shit hole that is society (though she probably got credit for turning the princess into a girl which rude the princess is better as is, she’s cool and head strong while still caring for her people.
And then author didn’t have to run the dukedom, she’s never had training and only got the benefits from living with the future Duke, never had to work for her stuff and only got praised, kind of like cliff so it make him obsessed when he had to work to get what he wanted (or at least he thought he did unless he remembered the previous timelines where he killed his bro to get her… though then he’d have killed his brother sooner to even prevent that possibility
