: I'm wondering if his wish was to reverse time but also include that he had to be older (so he could protect her since he couldn't do it fully as a child) and that his memory lose of her was because he made the jewel and asked to go back to at least 3 years or so and take over the kingdom (since the emperor would be considered the strongest person). Or is him losing his memory due to him creating the jewel and the possessor of the jewel wasn't near him...arghh
