: Lemme rant a bit about this manhwa. I like the idea he got op magic, excessive mana etc but the way mc treated his first patient is disappointing. I thought this will be medical manhwa... At least for first case, present us your way meeting modern standard hygiene when doing surgery like anesthesia, hygiene protocol, etc, you can proceed with advance treatment for upcoming cases and ignore this details later on. It feels like a half baked story when I reach ch10 now. Should I continue to read this? I personally doubt the story flow would be good ಠ◡ಠ
