: Ok, so I'm only on ch61 and the story is great but I paused reading to say one thing. There's a trend in these stories when the MC is rebirthed into their childhood years, and they antagonize characters who are going to be villains in the future.
Like, I know their future actions deserve it, and sometimes like the 1st prince here they're terrible people even presently, but they're still children. The MC, as an adult (though in a child body), could always decide to not antagonize a child that could become a powerful enemy, but I've never seen this done. Why can't a character ever play it smart, treat the villain kids like the brats they are, and just diffuse the situation without creating enmity? I feel like it would be smarter to act unassuming until you're powerful enough to take them on if there's a need.
And of course, this only happens when the villain in question is not the male lead.
To be fair though, these manhwas take so long to complete, this might have seemed unique around the time it came out but though it's still a good story years later, there's dozens of other k-manhwas and novels with a similar plot.
I'd never start anything that came out recently knowing they're years away from getting completed, but I do hope the artists and writers have become more creative.
