Flors
: I can't believe this masterpiece is already finished. This story is one of the few that successfully have a well written character development. The way each side of the main characters stories were told was amazing. Both sides were right yet at the same time, both were also wrong. It's very human, if i have to describe it in one word.
I hope both Annette and Heiner lives will be filled with happiness and love. They both deserved as much. If i could, I want to forget the entire story and read it all over again.
Mammon
: THE TITLE DROP MY BRAIN EXPLODED WOAH THIS WAS SO GOOD??
I thought i was gonna be stressed reading the whole thing at first, but the only thing on my mind was i wanted Anette to heal and be happy and it did not disappoint
I unerstand ppl not wanting Heiner to end up with Anette.. i didnt forget the shitty things he did but i understand the hell he went though as well.. its not an excuse for his actions but remember this is Anette's happy ending, not ours! Shes forgiven him, and that became a part of her healing process
Anette doesnt seem to be the type to hold a grudge so I think her forgiving him made sense, this is not a story of revenge, this was a story about war and the realities that come with it in the perspective of a fallen noble and a soldier
