BabybluePam : All my boys are getting the happy ending they deserve in every Yaoi manga I'm reading ヾ(☆▽☆)
Pls give me an ahjussi : I miss my baby Erin
Yuki : shiiii i would be scared too. anxiety would overcome me and i would be scared people would leave me
Yuu : i don't got beef with the ml. i quite like him. was he an idiot? yes. was he a failure? sure.
but he didn't order her death as we've found out. he was enraged by it and full of regret. he hated his own foolishness & broke the taboo to turn back time & make things right. he wants to do his best for her this time & is actively working to eliminate those who harmed her and to try and achieve a peaceful and happy life for her this time. is he pushing it a bit far with his desire for her to return his feelings? yeah, sure. it would really help of he worked on himself more and worked on understanding her more as well. but it kind of seems like that's the route he wants to take anyways. so like i can't really blame him for his current approach since it's still early and the wounds are still fresh. but i've certainly seen worse and although he's pushy he's also acknowledging that this time he needs to be the one giving his all for her. that she won't easily come around after what he did before. i've seen so many shitty ml's in time reversal/reincarnation tropes where they just literally do not choose to work on themselves or attempt to make the fl's life better. they just happen to fall for the fl THIS TIME and things roll out a bit differently (tho usually still toxic af). so while i do get why him constantly turning back time when she killed herself was cruel but also like.......i do get his side somewhat. she killed herself because of a misunderstanding. a plot. if someone you loved killed themselves because they thought you'd ordered their death and you had the ability to roll that back; wouldn't you, too? i just think that a ml who's really trying to learn and do better, a ml who was a fool but not actually a cruel bastard who killed his partner, a ml who's willing to be the one to suffer this time; isn't the shittiest one of the bunch. character development is a great thing.
