: I'm not surprised she didn't want to save those people when 2 of the guys that were enrils decendants went crazy after her and eventually suffered terrible ends. This story is just a love story not a save the whole world story. The title in itself already says everything you can expect from the ending.
Gonna remind you guys before she was crowned empress in the first chapter when they announced her being the saint people were literally trying to buy her like she was an item to be auctioned off,so I understand why she choseto not be associated with the temple even though those people who were trying toget her are probably silenced by now.At least the country will have a good ruler. Mind you she didn't even know she was the saint lol this was very much a story of just them finding each other and ending with a "in another universe I'd always love you" type of way
