: Ok so the actions of the mil's mom and her side can't be justified but the emperor is the main villain in my opinion. He was married first to mil's mom. She spent her whole life prepping for a life with him but is kept as a simple wife/queen for him while he goes and "falls in love" with ML's mom makes her the empress and ignores mil's mom. Sounds like the queen needs a reincarnation story of her own where she dumps that emperor and finds a north duke(づ￣ ³￣)づ
